the second edition of the ibizaIFF will take place on 23 may thru 31 may 2008 on the fabulous island in the mediterranean. Last year saw the first edition of the festival take place with patrons John Hurt and Terry Gilliam heading the festivities, and with a very prestigious jury composed of Timothy Burrill, Ronnie Taylor, Michael Hoenig, Demian Bichir, Antonio Isasi,Jonathan Debin, Elfie A Donnelly, Paul Aratos and Anwen Hurt, cosmopolitan and experienced are just two of the adjectives that come to mind.

Steve Barrons first indie movie Choking Man took five golden falcon awards and the film was shown in New York on 11 november this year.

For the 2008 edition of the IIFF Sir Alan Parker who is the third patron of the festival, will also be joining Hurt and Gilliam on this magical island. A very exciting jury is already lined up but for the moment it is being kept under wraps.

worst festival I've ever attended. really disappointed. superficial and artificial.
