The Eighth Tribeca Film Festival 2009 (TFF09) Special Presentation of MAKING THE BOYS (work-in-progress) documentary, directed by Crayton Robey was held at the SVA Theatre, New York, Monday, April 27, 4:30 PM. A panel discussion immediately followed with director Crayton Robey, actor Carson Kressley (Queer Eye, How to Look Good Naked), playwright playwright/screenwriter Mart Crowley (The Boys in the Band), actor Laurence Luckinbill (The Boys in the Band), and Village Voice columnist Michael Musto, moderated by award-winning writer/director/producer Dori Berinstein.

PINES 69 Benefit Gala hosted by Carson Kressley presents a Special Advance Screening of MAKING THE BOYS, directed by Crayton Robey commemorating the 40th anniversary of Stonewall will be held at the Brandon Fradd Theater, Fire Island Pines, on Saturday, May 30, 6:00 PM.
