The 23rd Wine Country Film Festival : September 17th - 27th, 2009

"I loved what you wrote about the terroir of cinema. We were drawn to the Napa Sonoma Wine Country Film Festival not only because our film was made in Sonoma county about Sonoma county people, but also because this festival isn't about running madly from film to film, hair on fire. It's about balance. The careful creation of tasting events built around the selected films sets a very special tone for filmgoers, which can only help them to relax and really immerse themselves in the experience of each film. Good food, good wine and good film - could there be a better combination? I don't think so. Knowing that our audience can sample hand-made goat cheese made by the subjects of our film, whilst sipping great wine in a spectacular location, is nothing short of the perfect set-up. Every filmmaker should be so lucky. As such, we are extremely excited to be taking the world premiere of "Leap of Faith: Fast Lane to Farmstead" to the Napa Sonoma Wine Country Film Festival this year." -
