The submission deadline for Taiwan International Children's TV and Film Festival 2008 is Oct. 31st, 2007.

More than 230 worldwide entries and 30,000 attendees attracted each time, Taiwan International Children's TV and Film Festival, a biannual international TV and film festival for children in Taiwan, now schedules its third festival between April 4th and April 8th, 2008.

The five-day event, organized by Public Television Service Foundation since 2004, features screenings, side events / exhibits and Kids as Director's workshops for teachers and students to learn filmmaking, in addition to awards with cash prizes for dramatic feature, animation, documentary and TV program among other categories.

We sincerely welcome and encourage filmmakers from around the world to submit entries to the festival's competition. All films or TV programs suitable for children will be accepted during the time between May 28th and Oct. 31st, 2007.
