Taiwan International Children’s Film Festival (TICFF) was founded by Taiwan Public Television Service Foundation (PTS) in 2004. It is the only international film festival in Taiwan and Asia dedicated to viewers age 12 and under. The Festival is held biennially, and its upcoming edition is scheduled for April 1st to 5th, 2010 in Taipei. TICFF’s mission is to encourage quality children’s programming worldwide and to engage young local viewers with valuable access to the media. We welcome all types of creative, fun, and multicultural films as well as TV programs.
