Monday, October 30----When your film festival falls over Halloween, I guess it is expected that you need to throw in a little "scare" into the proceedings. This year, the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival does not disappoint, presenting two creepy classics tomorrow evening at the Cinema Paradiso.

The New York Horror Film Festival kicks off tonight at Don Hill's in Tribecca.
The festival runs from Wednesday, October 18th through Sunday, October 22nd.

The opening night event is taking place at Don Hill's, 511 Greenwich Street off Spring Street. $10 dollar cover charge. 21 to enter. Doors open at 6:30pm.
