The Film Festival della Lessinia is a well-established international event, now in its 16th year, devoted to feature films, shorts, and documentaries about mountain life, history, and traditions. Over ten days in late August, the Festival screens works from around the world in the new Teatro Vittoria of Bosco Chiesanuova in the Lessinia Mountains near Verona, Italy. An international jury of film professionals awards several monetary prizes and the Festival is attended by film professionals and interested public. Filmmakers are encouraged to present their recent works in competition.
