Banana Republic kicks off Fashion Week Celebrating Its 30th Anniversary

Banana Republic 30th Anniversary (BR30) sponsored by VISA in celebration with Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (Spring/Summer 2009 collections, Sept. 5-12, 2008) was held at the Rockefeller Center flagship store, New York, Thursday, September 4, 7:00 PM. BR30 greeted the enormous crowd with Champagne and sweet delicate h'orderves served by waiters, a live DJ set with the exceptional Mac Rowe, along with a 30% discount on storewide merchandise. This fall, Banana Republic celebrates three decades of success with the BR30 collection of signature classics.
